The Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 6400 Gaming 4G is a mid-performance gaming graphics card from the Radeon 6000 series. The AMD Radeon RX 6400 is based on the Navi 24 XL graphics chip, which uses the RDNA 2 GPU architecture. It supports Raytracing for realistic lighting effects in games. It also supports DirectX 12 Ultimate and AMD FidelityFX which provides numerous options to enhance the graphics output. With these features the Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 6400 Gaming 4G is able to display games in Full-HD at 60 Hz.
The Navi 24 XL graphics chip of the Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 6400 Gaming 4G clocks at 2,039 MHz in gaming mode and can speed up to 2,321 MHz in boost mode. The gaming mode indicates the nominal average clock rate under load when playing. The 4 GB GDDR6 video memory connected via a 64-bit memory interface is clocked at 2,000 MHz (effectively 16,000 MHz).
A single-fan cooling design in black is responsible for cooling heat (TDP of 55 watts). The graphics card is 170 mm long and 1 slot high. No external power connector is required to power the graphics card. The manufacturer recommends a PSU with a power rating of at least 350 watts.
