The variant of the Ducky One 2 Pro offered here is in the 60 percent mini form factor. The smallest variant completely omits the numeric keypad, navigation keys, arrow keys, and function keys. This makes it the most space-saving option on the desk, but it is especially suitable for advanced users and passionate gamers who know exactly what they need.

QUACK Mechanics

With this keyboard, the manufacturer continues its design philosophy of QUACK Mechanics. Ducky considers four essential aspects that are crucial for the typing experience: the keycaps, the case, the sound, and the stabilizers.

Therefore, all variants of the Ducky One 2 Pro offer high-quality keycaps made of PBT. This semi-crystalline plastic is particularly popular among keyboard modders as it is resistant to wear. Ducky molds the keycaps from two layers of plastic, ensuring that the key labeling is always legible. The keycaps do not develop the typical shine seen in other plastics from intensive use, keeping the keyboard looking like new for a long time.

Robust case and soft sound

A common criticism of mechanical keyboards is their bulkiness. The case of the well-established Ducky One 2 Pro is relatively flat and, in combination with the three-stage feet, relieves the wrist.

To improve the sound and typing feel, Ducky tested a total of 17 different rubber compounds and selected the most suitable variant for the Q-Bounce Pad. This is combined with an additional EVA foam layer to effectively dampen resonances when typing and hard keystrokes.
