    Aprašymas

Siraya Tech Rebound PEBA Air is a foaming elastic filament based on PEBA, a nylon–elastomer copolymer. By adjusting print temperature, you can tune both softness and part weight: lower temperatures produce firmer, high-rebound prints, while higher temperatures increase foaming for lighter, softer parts with a matte soft-touch surface. Hardness can be dialed from about 95A down to about 70A, making this filament ideal for lightweight functional components in sports, wearables, robotics and drones.

    Key Features

    • Tunable Shore hardness from ~70A to ~95A via print temperature
    • Active foaming can reduce part weight by up to ~50%
    • High rebound and elasticity for dynamic, impact-absorbing parts
    • Matte, soft-touch surface when foamed
    • PEBA nylon–elastomer base with strong fatigue and chemical resistance
    • Recommended nozzle temps ~235–270°C to control foaming level

    Foaming PEBA With Adjustable Feel

Rebound PEBA Air uses active foaming so you can fine-tune how the part behaves. At lower nozzle temperatures the filament foams less, giving a firmer result closer to 95A. Increasing temperature boosts foaming, which softens the print down toward 70A while keeping PEBA’s responsive rebound.

    Lightweight Prints for Performance-Focused Designs

Foaming reduces material density during printing, so finished parts can be up to about 50% lighter than solid flexible prints. This is especially useful for drones, sports components and wearable designs where weight matters.

    High Rebound for Dynamic Applications

PEBA Air retains PEBA’s energetic “bounce” and quick recovery after compression. It’s a great fit for impact-absorbing or energy-return parts such as cushioning, grips, flexible joints and protective elements.

    Durable and Chemically Resistant

The nylon–elastomer structure provides strong fatigue resistance for repeated flexing and reliable resistance to oils, grease and many common chemicals. Parts stay elastic and functional over time even in demanding environments.

    Printing Notes

Use nozzle temperatures roughly between 235–270°C depending on your target hardness and weight. A direct-drive extruder and moderate speeds help keep flow stable. Store filament dry and sealed between prints for consistent surface quality.
