    Aprašymas

Siraya Tech Fibreheart Rebound PEBA 85A Black is a high-performance elastic filament built for parts that need real flexibility and fast rebound. Based on PEBA (a nylon–elastomer copolymer), it delivers a soft 85A feel with about 62% energy return, so prints spring back quickly after compression. The material stays flexible even in cold conditions down to around -30°C and is roughly 12% lighter than typical TPU, making it a great fit for sports gear, wearables, robotics and outdoor applications.

    Key Features

    • Elastic PEBA 85A filament with high rebound (~62% energy return)
    • Remains flexible and tough in cold environments (down to ~-30°C)
    • Lightweight prints, about 12% lighter than common TPU
    • Durable nylon–elastomer base with strong fatigue resistance
    • Good chemical resistance to oils, greases and many solvents
    • Recommended nozzle temperature range around 230–260°C

Elastic PEBA With Real Energy Return

Rebound PEBA 85A is made for parts that need to stretch, compress and bounce back reliably. With around 62% energy return, prints recover quickly after deformation, which is useful for performance-focused designs like cushioning, flexible joints and grip elements.

    Flexible Even in Cold Weather

Unlike many TPU materials that stiffen in lower temperatures, PEBA 85A stays flexible and durable down to about -30°C. That makes it a strong choice for outdoor gear and parts used in changing climates.

    Lightweight and Durable by Design

The PEBA nylon–elastomer structure produces parts that are roughly 12% lighter than typical TPU while still resisting wear and fatigue from repeated flexing. This helps in applications where weight and long-term elasticity matter.

    Chemical Resistance for Practical Use

Printed parts tolerate exposure to oils, greases and many industrial solvents better than standard flexible filaments, extending their life in real working environments.

    Printing Tips

For best results, dry the filament before use and print with a nozzle temperature around 230–260°C. A brim and a compatible build surface such as glass, PEI or PC can improve first-layer grip. Moderate speeds and controlled cooling help keep extrusion stable.
