The device automatically shuts off after 2 minutes of inactivity, which promotes battery conservation and increases the life of the equipment.
Espresso mode – automation for perfect extraction
In espresso mode, the scale operates almost unattended – it sets the tare independently and starts counting down when the coffee starts flowing. When the flow stops, the stopwatch stops automatically. This allows the user to focus solely on the quality of extraction, without having to manually control the machine. This mode allows you to easily monitor the weight of the ground coffee and the volume of the extract, which is key to achieving a perfectly balanced espresso.
Pour-over mode – precise pour-over brewing
The pour-over mode was created for alternative coffee enthusiasts who value accuracy and repeatability. The scale records the weight of the ground coffee and then shows the weight of the poured water in real time. The display alternates between showing the total brewing time and the ratio of water to coffee, allowing you to better control the ratio. Two minutes after the process is complete, the machine automatically goes into standby mode, which promotes energy efficiency.
