No two fingerprints are the same. That’s why we’ve incorporated this as a mode of access to ensure your home’s security is never compromised. Unlike other authentication methods, your fingerprint is the most secure as it cannot be replicated.

We’ve built the sensor with enhanced ESD resistivity and a concealed design to reduce the likelihood of unwanted tampering.
You’ll enter your home in just a matter of seconds. the sensor features 2D capacitive-contact technology with 508 DPI spatial resolution that has an image capture speed of up to 2 megapixels per second. Talk about precision.
With over 3.5 million finger placements, the sensor allows your finger to be oriented in any direction and still authenticate it.

NO WIFI? NO PROBLEM: UNIQUE ALGOPIN TECHNOLOGY
Unlike conventional smart or digital locks, there’s no need to be near your Mortise to set up PIN codes for your guests.
Thanks to our proprietary algoPIN technology, you can quickly generate access codes on the go.

Unique algoPIN™
Our unique algoPIN™ uses technology that’s similar to a banking token’s One Time Password (OTP).

How does algoPIN™ allow you to generate PIN codes without WiFi?

STEP 1 – Pairing
After installation, you’ll need to pair your lock to your igloohome account via the igloohome app on your smartphone.
Upon successful pairing, your smartphone will sync the unique PIN token to our secure cloud servers and does not retain the token locally.

STEP 2 – Generate PIN
When creating PIN codes for guests or family members, your smartphone sends a request to your token in the cloud servers.
Using algorithms and seeds, a unique PIN code si the generated at random with the validity duration built into it.
There´s no need for you to be near the lock to do this.

STEP 3 – Grant PIN
Now armed with a PIN code, you cna share this with your desired recipient via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, SMS and more.
There´s no need for your guest to download an additional app to recive the PIN code.

STEP 4 – Access Property
As the PIN code is keyed into the respective igloohome device, the lock translates the PIN code into the desired action e.g.
Grant access once only.

Igloohome locks are more reliable against WiFi hacking and instability because our products work offline. You won’t have to worry about needing an internet connection for your lock to work.

SECURITY LOCKOUT
Keypad or fingerprint access is disabled after several incorrect entries to ensure your property is always secure.

AUTO RELOCK
The Mortise automatically relocks once the door is shut to give you a greater peace of mind.

MASKING SECURITY CODE
Heighten security and throw off onlookers by entering random digits before your actual PIN code.

LOW BATTERY ALERT
An intuitive audio and LED visual alert will prompt you to change the batteries when it runs low.

EMERGENCY JUMPSTART
Easily jumpstart the Mortise with a 9V battery as an emergency measure if batteries are drained.

TAMPER ALARM
The Mortise will sound an alarm if it is being pried from the door to alert and deter potential tampering attempts.

FIRE ALARM
The Mortise will unlock automatically when its sensors detect high temperatures (70±5°C and above) from inside the property.

INTRUSION ALARM
The Mortise will sound an alarm if intruders force open the door while the bolt is still locked.

PANIC EXIT SYSTEM
The Mortise allows for faster exits by simply pulling down on the door handle during emergencies.
