Service Coverage with DJI Care Refresh (Annual Plan)
DJI Care Refresh is a service plan for your drone that, for a small additional fee, provides two replacements for damaged equipment within a year. It covers damage caused by, among other things, collisions or contact with water. Damaged equipment will then be replaced with a new or equivalent unit. The service plan can be activated once within 48 hours of the drone’s activation (first flight) or at a later date after submitting verification video footage to DJI. The manufacturer’s official warranty applies during the service’s validity period.
DJI Lito X1
For the DJI Lito X1 drone, the replacement cost under DJI Care Refresh is 229 PLN. The cost of the Flyaway service is 699 PLN.*

Flyaway Coverage
DJI Care Flyaway is an additional service included in the DJI Care Refresh service plan that allows you to receive a brand-new drone if your previous one flies away for unknown reasons and cannot be recovered. In the event of unintentional loss of the drone, simply pay the applicable service fee to receive a brand-new product. The service is available to all users who have purchased DJI Care Refresh coverage (applies to select drone models)—including those who purchased it before the Flyaway service was introduced.
• DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) offers two replacements and the option to use Flyaway Coverage once.
• DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) offers four replacements and the option to use Flyaway Coverage twice.
Activating Flyaway Coverage
To use Flyaway Coverage, the user must link their DJI account and the drone’s controller via the DJI Fly app. If they do not do this before the device flies away, they will not be able to use the replacement service.
How to activate DJI Care Refresh
1. Activate the code at:https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, enter the Care Refresh code, the device’s serial number (located directly on the product), and the activator’s information (first and last name, email address).
3. The service package will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of your DJI Care Refresh activation via email. Your drone is now protected!
It is also possible to assign DJI Care Refresh to a product up to 48 hours after its activation. To do this, you must send a verification video showing the condition of the device to the manufacturer. When an accident happens
The procedure in the event of an accident is very simple. All you need to do is report the malfunction and send the damaged equipment to the DJI warranty service center—don’t forget to note that you are using DJI Care Refresh. After receiving the repair estimate, you can choose whether to proceed with the repair or opt for a replacement under the Service Plan. If you choose the second option, you simply need to pay the applicable fee—you’ll receive the replacement device on a priority basis, and if you’re in the same region where the DJI Care Refresh service was purchased, the manufacturer will cover the shipping costs!
1. The user reports the defect and sends the drone to the German DJI service center, noting that they have DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair estimate and, based on this, decides whether to proceed with the repair/replacement at their own expense or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays the replacement fee and receives a replacement unit or new replacement parts, such as a gimbal, camera, or propellers.
4. The replacement product is delivered to the user as a priority with free shipping.
Cases Covered by DJI Care Refresh
By purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you protect your drone against, among other things, crashes, submersion, collisions, or accidents caused by signal interference. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents caused by the operator’s fault.
- User error.
- Signal interference.
- Collision.
- Submersion (To qualify for coverage, the drone wreckage must be delivered to the manufacturer’s service center).
- Crash.
DJI Care Refresh does not cover
1) A lost or partially lost drone, gimbal, or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in unsuitable weather conditions.
4) The transmitter or additional accessories.
5) Intentional loss of the drone.
6) Damage to the casing that does not affect the product’s functionality.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
8) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
9) Additional fees related to model upgrades or performance improvements.
10) Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the recommendations in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.
