The xTool F2 Ultra UV is an advanced 5W UV laser engraver with a wavelength of 355 nm, offering incredible precision, a working speed of up to 15,000 mm/s, and positioning accuracy of 0.2 mm. Micron-level precision, no burn marks, and a perfect finish

The use of 355 nm ultra-short-wavelength UV technology allows for a spot size of less than 10 μm, resulting in extremely detailed and sharp engravings. The laser operates with a precision that allows even the finest design elements to be reproduced, maintaining perfect edges without distortion. In practice, this means the ability to engrave jewelry, everyday items, or decorative elements with unparalleled precision. One of the most interesting advantages of the F2 Ultra UV model is the ability to create three-dimensional designs inside glass without damaging its surface. Thanks to the technology used, the laser builds 3D structures inside the material, leaving the outer layer perfectly smooth. The xTool F2 Ultra UV supports a wide range of materials, such as crystal, acrylic, metal, wood, leather, ceramics, plastic, silicone, and rubber. It enables both glass engraving and cutting, rotary machining, and embossing. Additionally, it ensures high precision without the need for sandblasting or film. Thanks to 3D Curve™ technology, it is possible to precisely reproduce designs on irregular shapes, and optional 360° engraving support allows you to work on bottles, glasses, mugs, and other cylindrical objects.

Intelligent camera system – maximum precision

The xTool F2 Ultra UV utilizes the industry’s first UV system with two 48 MP cameras. This design ensures positioning accuracy of 0.2 mm, which is up to 60% higher than in single-camera systems. So you can perfectly align the design with the workpiece!

Software that simplifies creation

The engraver works with the xTool Creative Space ecosystem (which includes tools such as xTool Studio and Atomm), making it easy to go from concept to finished product. The EasySet™ library with over 300 materials lets you get started without testing settings, and the Intelligent Path Planning feature optimizes laser paths, increasing efficiency by up to 300% and enabling simultaneous operation of multiple devices. The system also enables the conversion of 2D designs or text into 3D models using AI, making it easier to create impressive projects. Additionally, you gain access to the DesignFind platform with a database of over 5,000 ready-made designs, complete with files and instructions.

High performance and fast project completion

Operating speeds of up to 15,000 mm/s and a precise galvo system enable even the most complex projects to be completed in surprisingly short time. For example, engraving a metal necklace takes about 16 seconds, a silicone phone case—about 1 minute, and a pair of denim shorts—about 3 minutes. This is a real time-saver and an opportunity to scale up production without compromising quality.

Flexible work area and operating modes

The engraver offers two operating modes—surface engraving and internal 3D engraving. So you can easily adapt it to your current needs! What’s more, the standard work area is 200 × 200 mm, and with the optional conveyor, it can be expanded to 200 × 500 mm. This solution allows for larger projects and mass production.
