The high-performance thermal interface pads from the Thermal Grizzly minus pad series feature a highly elastic and adaptable surface with very high thermal conductivity. Even the smallest differences in components can be effectively compensated for. Available in various sizes and thicknesses.
The easy-to-process and flexible minus pads consist of different components: they are based on a ceramic-silicone formula complex and nano-aluminium oxide. This ensures optimal heat transfer at all times. Even the slightest pressure is sufficient for optimal attachment. All pads are environmentally friendly and RoHS compliant.
