The high-performance thermal pads of the Thermal Grizzly minus pad series feature a highly elastic and adaptable surface with very high thermal conductivity. Even the smallest component differences can thus be compensated for very effectively. Available in various sizes and thicknesses.
The easy-to-handle and flexible minus pads are made from different components: they are based on a ceramic-silicone formula complex and nano-aluminium oxide. This ensures optimal heat transfer at all times. Even minimal pressure is sufficient for optimal attachment. All pads are environmentally friendly and RoHS compliant.
