Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut termopasta – 37g / 10 ml

Thermal Grizzly from Hamburg is a new German brand that has made it its mission to combat high temperatures and poor heat transfer. The goal is to supply the overclocking scene with high-performance thermal products that still represent a weak point – however, the product portfolio can also be used for better and quieter cooling of gaming computers, workstations, mini-PCs, and many other purposes. In addition to higher clock rates, better thermal products enable quieter cooling as well as a longer lifespan for the components being cooled.

To achieve these goals, Thermal Grizzly has closely collaborated with the well-known extreme overclocker Roman „der8auer” Hartung during product development and testing, developed chemical compositions, and analysed competitors. The first product lines have now been completed, which meet the highest demands of the manufacturer and the overclocking community.

The thermal paste named Kryonaut represents the spearhead. As its name suggests, it is ideally suited for low-temperature cooling such as nitrogen or compressor cooling – it also performs well between a CPU and an air or water cooler. Embedded in a carrier structure are aluminium and tin oxide components that optimally compensate for irregularities on the surfaces of the heat source and heat sink while providing outstanding thermal conductivity. Unlike many competing products, the Kryonaut does not undergo drying processes even at 80 °C.

The Kryonaut thermal paste comes in a 10 ml syringe with three applicators included. With the help of these applicators, an area of 27 x 27 mm can be coated with a drop of paste about 3 mm in size, making the syringe sufficient for approximately 15 applications – of course, this depends on the individual application and skill.
