    Kapton Insulation Sheet Black Edition is a polyamide film that can be used at high temperatures up to 260 degrees Celsius and serves as an assembly aid for electrically conductive thermal interface materials (TIM).

    Black Edition: Thinner, stronger, and ideal for precise masking

    It is excellent for masking components such as SMDs on a CPU or GPU when using Conductonaut liquid metal, Carbonaut, or KryoSheet. Compared to the standard Kapton Insulation Sheet, the Black Edition is slightly thinner (30µm instead of 40µm) and has a significantly higher breakdown voltage of 5 kV. Kapton Insulation Sheet Black Edition is supplied packaged in 10 sheets, each containing 5 Kapton adhesive strips. Each individual adhesive strip is 10 millimetres wide and 60mm long, with a thickness of 30µm. It is recommended to thoroughly clean the contact surface where the insulation sheet is applied (e.g., with isopropanol).
