The scanner offers not only single-frame accuracy of up to 0.015 mm but also high volumetric accuracy, ensuring measurement consistency even with larger objects. 5 scanning modes tailored to the task

The device offers five scanning modes utilizing blue light, allowing you to precisely tailor its operation to a specific application. High Speed mode with 34 cross lines enables fast data collection, while Details mode with 15 parallel lines ensures high surface resolution. The single-line mode is designed for scanning deep holes, and structured light allows for the effective mapping of larger surfaces. Additionally, the automatic turntable mode enables unattended scanning of smaller objects, significantly speeding up the workflow.

Professional software and full data control

The scanner works with Revo Metro and Revo Measure software, which offers advanced analysis and measurement functions. The measurement algorithms have been certified by the German metrology institute PTB, confirming their compliance with international standards. Users gain access to an intuitive interface, texture visualization, and the ability to export measurement reports. This allows for a seamless transition from scan to finished analytical data.

Wireless operation

With Wi-Fi 6 support and wireless scanning capabilities, the MetroY Ultra ensures complete freedom from cables.
