The Revopoint MetroY Ultra is an advanced industrial-grade 3D scanner that combines blue-light technology with a multi-line laser and structured light, achieving a single-frame accuracy of up to 0.015 mm. The device operates at speeds of up to 90 frames per second and captures up to 3,000,000 points per second, resulting in fast and extremely precise object mapping. Thanks to Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, real-time data transfer is possible, and support from Revo Metro and Revo Measure software enables the full workflow—from scanning to advanced measurements. The CMM Edition expands the device’s capabilities with accuracy verification and metrological measurement functions, making it an ideal solution for professional quality control.

Industrial-grade measurement precision

The scanner offers single-frame accuracy of up to 0.015 mm and volumetric accuracy of 0.015 mm + 0.04 mm × L (m), ensuring consistent and reliable measurement results. In the CMM Edition, rapid accuracy verification is possible directly at the workstation thanks to the use of a metrology-grade ball plate. A one-click function allows for instant verification of the distances between the centers of the balls and comparison with reference values, enabling immediate assessment of scanning accuracy.

Fast and flexible scanning in all conditions

The MetroY Ultra provides scanning at speeds of up to 90 FPS and captures up to 3,000,000 points per second, significantly speeding up work even with more complex parts. The device can operate in lighting conditions of up to 100,000 lux, making it suitable for industrial environments as well. Support for objects ranging from approximately 50 mm to 1,000 mm in height allows the scanner to be used for both small details and larger components.

5 scanning modes tailored to the task

The device offers five scanning modes using blue light, allowing you to select the appropriate method for the task. High Speed mode with 34 cross lines enables fast data capture, Details mode with 15 parallel lines ensures high detail, and single-line mode allows for the mapping of deep holes. Additionally, full-field structured light is ideal for larger surfaces, and the automatic rotary table mode enables convenient, unattended scanning of smaller parts.

Advanced Measurements and Data Analysis

The CMM Edition uses Revo Measure software with PTB-certified algorithms, ensuring compliance with international metrology standards. Once accuracy has been verified, you can seamlessly transition to scanning parts and importing data into a measurement environment, where you can perform detailed analyses, measurements, and generate reports. The intuitive interface and data visualization make work easier and reduce the time needed to obtain results.

Wireless operation

Thanks to Wi-Fi 6 and wireless scanning capabilities, users can work without the constraints of cabling. The image display feature allows you to track scanning progress on multiple devices simultaneously, which increases control over the process and facilitates team collaboration. This solution works well in both design offices and manufacturing environments.
