The PK-3 is designed for uncompromisingly good heat transfer, making it a product for absolute enthusiasts and overclockers. Compared to the very good PK-1, the thermal resistance has been further reduced (0.013 °C-in²/W) and the thermal conductivity has even been increased to 11.2 W/m-°C!

Responsible for these excellent values are primarily the included nanoparticles, which settle into microscopic gaps between the heat spreader and the cooler base, preventing disruptive air pockets. Additionally, the PK-3 is non-electrically conductive, non-corrosive, and practically does not dry out.

The 5-gram tube, which should suffice for several applications, also includes a small spoon for evenly spreading the PK-3.
