Prolimatech PK-2 Nano Aluminium termopasta – 30g

With the PK-1, Prolimatech introduced a thermal paste that immediately belonged to the very best the market has to offer and ranked at the top of the charts.

The PK-1 is still an excellent choice today when it comes to efficiently transferring heat from a CPU or GPU to a cooler, whether it’s non-branded products or Prolimatech’s own winners like Megahalems, Armageddon, Genesis, and Co.

But the competition does not rest, so it is time to introduce new, even more improved „thermal compounds” to remain at the forefront of cooling technology.

The PK-2 is a particularly handy thermal paste that, due to its low viscosity (= relatively thin), can be easily and extremely thinly – yet still effectively – spread on a heatspreader.

Nevertheless, it still offers top values in terms of thermal conductivity (10.2 W/m-°C) or thermal resistance (0.015 °C -in²/W). Additionally, the PK-2 is also non-electrically conductive, non-corrosive, and hardly dries out.

The 30-gram tube, which should be sufficient for many applications, also comes with a small spoon for evenly spreading the PK-2.
