Prolimatech PK-2 Nano Aluminium termopasta – 1,5g

With the PK-1, Prolimatech introduced a thermal paste that immediately ranked among the very best the market had to offer, positioning itself at the top of the charts.

The PK-1 is still an excellent choice today for optimally transferring heat from a CPU or GPU to a cooler, whether they are third-party products or Prolimatech’s own winners like Megahalems, Armageddon, Genesis, and others.

However, the competition does not rest, and so it is time to introduce new, further improved thermal compounds to remain at the forefront of cooling technology.

The PK-2 is a particularly handy thermal paste that, due to its low viscosity (i.e., relatively thin consistency), can be spread effortlessly and, above all, extremely thinly – yet still covers well – on a heat spreader.

Despite this, it continues to offer top values in terms of thermal conductivity (10.2 W/m-°C) and thermal resistance (0.015 °C-in²/W). Additionally, the PK-2 is non-electrically conductive, non-corrosive, and practically does not dry out.

The small 1.5-gram tube, which should suffice for several sparing applications, also includes a small rectangular cardboard piece for evenly spreading the PK-2.
