PolyLite™ is a family of 3D printing filaments developed by Polymaker and manufactured with the best raw materials to offer exceptional quality and reliability. PolyLite™ covers the most popular 3D printing materials to meet everyday needs for design and prototyping or final part creation.

Polymaker’s PolyLite™ PLA filament is composed of polylactic acid. PLA is a biodegradable plastic obtained from natural resources, specifically from starch extracted from corn, sugar beet and wheat.

Polymaker spools are compatible with advanced multi-material systems, ensuring seamless and hassle-free integration with printers using these systems.

PLA is one of the most common materials in the world of 3D printing thanks to its ease of printing, good results and wide range of colours. In addition, PLA is biodegradable and does not emit fumes or noxious odours.

The ease of use of this material derives from several factors:

1. It does not require a heated bed, although in case it is available, it is recommended to use it at 50ºC.
2. It is printed at low temperatures (between 190ºC and 220ºC).
3. It is a material with an almost non-existent warping (warping is the deformation of the pieces with respect to the base).

In addition, thanks to Polymaker’s patented „Jam-Free” technology, Polylite PLA significantly improves thermal stability by increasing the softening temperature, resulting in a „Jam-Free” filament.

In addition to all its properties, Polymaker’s PolyLite™ PLA filament is a PLA with a great price/performance ratio. If enhanced mechanical properties are required, Polymaker’s Polymax PLA filament is recommended.

The packaging in which Polymaker presents its filaments is highly studied and carefully designed to preserve the quality and condition of its filaments. In this case, PolyLite™ PLA is presented inside a vacuum-sealed bag together with a desiccant sachet to prevent the filament from getting wet. This bag is self-sealing, so once the filament has been used, it can be put back into the bag. In addition, all of this is enclosed in a high quality printed box, to avoid knocks and breakages during shipping.

Note for Bambu Lab users

All products come with printing profiles optimized for BambuStudio, the dedicated software by Bambu Lab. Considering that many BambuLab users are new to 3D printing, preconfigured settings are provided to ensure high-quality results from the very first print, without requiring previous experience. This allows both beginners and experienced users to take full advantage of Polymaker filaments with total confidence.
