    Aprašymas

    Mobile Origin Rotating USB-C Cable with Display 540°, 240 W, 1 .8m, CB16

The Mobile Origin CB16 is a USB-C cable for charging up to 240 W, with a rotating connector and an LED display on one end. The connector swivels through 540°, the display shows the current power level while charging, and the same cable also transfers data at 480 Mbps. Both ends are USB-C and the cable is 1.8 m long.

    • 540° rotating connector (360° rotation + 180° tilt): point the cable left, right, or straight, depending on how you’re holding your device.
    • LED display with real-time power: read the current wattage right on the connector while charging.
    • Charging up to 240 W (48 V / 5 A): full power for more demanding laptops too, not just phones.
    • E-Mark chip for safe full power: your device and the cable negotiate the right level, up to 240 W.
    • 480 Mbps data transfer (USB 2.0): move photos, documents, and backups over the same cable, without a second one.

    540° rotatable connector

The connector with the display rotates 360° around its axis and also tilts 180°, for a total of 540°. This allows you to route the cable to the left, right, or straight, depending on how you’re holding or placing the device. When playing in landscape mode or charging near a wall next to a nightstand, the cable won’t get in the way or bend at a sharp angle. The movable connector also reduces strain on the device’s port and the cable itself, as it doesn’t need to be forced to twist to the side.

LED display with current charging power

The rotating connector features an LED display that shows the current charging power in watts during charging. This allows you to see the wattage your device is charging at directly on the cable end, without a measurement app or a separate USB tester. This is helpful when you’re testing a new charger and want to know how many watts are actually flowing, or when you’re figuring out why charging is slower than usual.

The value on the display corresponds to the power that the device and charger negotiate with each other.

Up to 240W charging via USB-C

The cable allows up to 240W between the charger and the device, according to the USB Power Delivery 3.1 EPR standard (48V / 5A). This much power is sufficient for powering more powerful laptops, not just phones and tablets. Both connectors are USB-C, so you can connect the cable between the charger and the device without adapters. The resulting charging speed always depends on how much your charger and connected device can handle.

E-Mark chip and safe full power

Inside the connector works an E-Mark chip, which tells the connected devices how much current and voltage the cable can safely handle. The charger and device then negotiate the correct power level, up to a full 240 W. Without an E-Mark chip, USB-C charging typically stays at lower values (up to 60 W at 3 A); this chip allows for safe operation at 48 V / 5 A. Thus, the cable delivers as much power as the given setup needs, staying within its rated limits.

    Data transfer at 480 Mbps

Besides charging, the cable also transfers data at 480 Mbps according to the USB 2.0 standard. When you connect your phone to your laptop with it, you can transfer photos, documents, or backups using the same connection you use for charging. The 480 Mbps speed can easily handle common files, documents, and photos. If you primarily use the cable for charging, data transfer is an added feature that means you don’t need to look for a second cable.

    Cable length, weight, and braiding

The cable measures 1.8m and weighs 27.5g, so it fits in a pocket or a laptop case. The 1.8m length keeps the device close to the charger and is suitable for charging at a desk, bedside, or in a car. The outer nylon braiding protects the cable from abrasion and prevents tangling, while the inner conductors and swivel connector are covered by an aluminum alloy casing.
