At the core of this hotend is a DiamondBack nozzle, featuring a real polycrystalline diamond tip. Diamond is the hardest known material, offering unmatched wear resistance – perfect for printing abrasive filaments like carbon fiber, glow-in-the-dark, or metal-filled materials. The brass body ensures excellent thermal conductivity, while the diamond tip maintains dimensional accuracy over thousands of hours of printing.

The hotend incorporates a bi-metal heat break, combining a copper outer shell and stainless steel core. This sharp thermal transition prevents heat creep and promotes reliable filament flow.
