The Kolink Core TX-6 is a thermally conductive paste based on aluminium oxide, which ensures consistent and reliable thermal performance and a thermal conductivity of 6 W/mK. When using the paste, no drying time is required.
Thanks to the optimal consistency, application is easy, with even the smallest gaps between the CPU core and the heatsink being filled evenly. The effect: low temperatures. This makes the paste perfect for overclocking projects.
The operating range is between -150 °C and 350 °C. Since the actual temperature of your CPU will most likely never reach this range, you have a large buffer zone regarding the application temperature with this thermal paste. The paste is electrically non-conductive.
