Kexcelled THE K9™ PPA CF15 is a high-performance PPA filament reinforced with 15% carbon fiber. The material is developed for 3D printing applications where high strength, low weight, and excellent heat resistance are important. The carbon fiber reinforcement provides high stiffness, low shrinkage, and improved dimensional stability during printing. This makes the material suitable for functional parts, jigs, fixtures, and other components exposed to mechanical stress and high temperatures.

Carbon Fiber Reinforced PPA for Strong and Heat-Resistant Prints
PPA CF15 combines the strength of PPA with the stiffness of carbon fiber. The result is a material that can handle high mechanical loads while keeping weight low. The material is ideal for parts that need to be both strong and dimensionally stable, even at elevated temperatures.
Handles High Temperatures
With an Heat Deflection Temperature of up to 205 °C, the material maintains its shape even in hot environments. This makes the filament suitable for applications such as machine parts, technical enclosures, and other components exposed to heat during use. The carbon fiber reinforcement also helps reduce shrinkage and warping during printing.
Recommended Print Settings
PPA CF15 requires a 3D printer capable of handling higher temperatures. For best results, a hardened nozzle and preferably an enclosed build chamber are recommended.

- Bed Temperature: 90–110 °C
- Recommended Build Surface: Glue stick or high-temperature tape
- Print Speed: ≤250 mm/s
- Cooling Fan: 0–50 %
- Recommended Nozzle: Hardened steel, minimum 0.4 mm
As the material is moisture-sensitive, it should be stored dry and preferably dried before printing for optimal results.
