Aprašymas
Kexcelled THE K11™ PEI 1010 is an industrial 3D printing filament built for projects requiring maximum strength and durability. It is an advanced plastic material that retains its shape and strength in extreme conditions, allowing it to replace metal parts in the aerospace, automotive, and chemical industries.
Highlights:
- Extreme Heat Resistance: Withstands up to 208–210 °C without losing shape.
- Very High Strength: Withstands heavy mechanical loads and high pressure.
- Chemical & Flame Resistance: Naturally resistant to chemicals and resists fire well.
- High Dimensional Stability: Extremely rigid material that does not deform under pressure.
- Pure & Odorless: Consists of over 99% pure material and is odorless during printing.
Why Choose Kexcelled PEI 1010?
The main advantage of PEI 1010 is its usability in environments where standard plastics like nylon or polycarbonate would melt or degrade from chemicals. This makes it perfect for manufacturing functional prototypes or finished end products that must withstand constant heat and heavy stress. Due to the high density of the material, parts achieve a very solid structure that remains tight against both liquids and gases.
Printing Guide and Technical Requirements
Since PEI 1010 requires very high heat to melt, you must use a 3D printer built for industrial materials. A fully enclosed and heated build chamber is required to ensure proper layer adhesion and prevent the model from warping.
- Nozzle Temperature: 360–390 °C
- Bed Temperature: 150–240 °C (High-temperature glue recommended)
- Chamber Temperature: 90–220 °C (Heated chamber required)
- Print Speed: 30–60 mm/s
- Cooling Fan: OFF (Should not be used during printing)
High Strength and Stability Over Time
The material offers very high rigidity and mechanical strength while resisting deformation and creep under long-term load. Due to the high material density, printed parts achieve excellent tightness against both liquids and gases, making PEI 1010 particularly suitable for technical and functional components with high requirements for stability and precision.
Compatibility
Suitable for use in, among others:
- Aerospace and automotive industries
- Technical and industrial components
- Electronics and enclosures
- Functional end products
- Jigs, fixtures, and tooling
- Applications with extreme temperature requirements
