Aprašymas
Kexcelled THE K11™ PEEK GF10 is an industrial fiberglass-reinforced PEEK filament. It is developed for 3D printing where extreme mechanical strength, heat resistance, and dimensional stability are required. The material is designed for technical components exposed to high temperatures, heavy loads, and chemically demanding environments.
Highlights:
- Contains 10% fiberglass for increased rigidity and mechanical strength.
- High Heat Resistance: Withstands up to 202 °C (HDT) under load without losing shape.
- Chemical & Flame Resistance: Naturally resistant to chemicals and resists fire well.
- Extremely rigid material with a tensile modulus of 7000–7500 MPa, ensuring minimal deformation.
- High Quality: Consistent diameter and roundness for reliable extrusion.
Why Choose Kexcelled PEEK GF10?
The main advantage of PEEK GF10 is that the fiberglass reinforcement significantly increases stiffness compared to pure PEEK. It features a tensile strength of 80–85 MPa, allowing it to withstand extremely high mechanical stress. This makes the filament suitable for industrial environments where standard plastics deform or degrade from structural forces, heat, or chemicals. It is used for functional prototypes, end-use parts, as well as robust tools, jigs, and fixtures.
Due to the high density of the material (1.28 g/cm³), printed parts achieve a very dense and solid structure, which is essential for components that must remain tight against liquids or gases under pressure.
Printing Guide and Technical Requirements
Since PEEK GF10 requires extreme heat, it only works in professional 3D printers built for high-temperature materials. An enclosed and heated build chamber is required for proper layer adhesion and to prevent warping.
- Nozzle Temperature: 400–450 °C
- Bed Temperature: 110–220 °C (High-temperature glue recommended)
- Chamber Temperature: 80–220 °C
- Print Speed: 30–60 mm/s
- Cooling Fan: OFF
