Kexcelled THE K10™ PPS CF10 is a carbon fiber-reinforced filament for industrial 3D printing. It is developed for strong parts that must withstand heavy loads, high heat, and harsh environments. The carbon fiber makes the material very rigid and ensures that the finished prints retain their shape very well.

It offers high tensile strength and stiffness with a tensile strength of 55–65 MPa and a tensile modulus of 4500–5000 MPa, making it a highly reliable choice for demanding structures.

Since the material absorbs almost no moisture and has a density of 1.3 g/cm³, the prints become dense and dimensionally stable. This makes the parts perfect for functional end products and enclosures that require high precision – even in environments with strong chemicals and varying humidity.

The material requires professional 3D printers built to handle high temperatures. A controlled printing environment is important to ensure layers bond well to each other and to reduce the risk of the model warping.
