HiBREW G7 Electric Burr Coffee Grinder

The HiBREW G7 is an electric burr grinder that allows for precise grinding of beans and full control over the grind size. With 48 grind settings, you can adjust the grind to suit various brewing methods—from espresso to French press. The stainless steel conical burrs ensure even grinding and protect the beans from overheating, allowing them to retain their full aroma. The electronic touch panel allows you to easily set the grinding time, and the use of anti-static technology minimizes coffee loss and makes it easy to keep clean.

Precision tailored to every brewing method

With 48 grind settings to choose from, you can tailor your coffee to various brewing methods. Lower settings (0–16) are ideal for espresso, medium settings (16–32) work well for pour-over methods, and high settings (32–48) are suitable for French Press. Adjustments are made in increments of 0.02 mm for maximum precision and repeatability. This scale allows you to experiment with beans and adjust their structure for optimal extraction, which directly affects the taste of the coffee.

The HiBREW G7 grinder uses 48 mm diameter 420 stainless steel conical burrs, which ensure precise and even grinding of the beans. Their design limits the heating of the coffee, allowing it to retain its full flavor and aroma. As a result, the ground beans retain optimal properties for extraction, which is crucial for the quality of the brew. The durable material ensures the burrs remain sharp for a long time, translating to reliability and efficiency.

Intuitive operation and precise settings

The HiBREW G7 is equipped with an easy-to-read touch panel that allows you to set the grinding time from 1 to 40 seconds, enabling precise coffee dosing. The device supports three grinding modes, compatible with portafilters with diameters of 51 mm, 54 mm, and 58 mm, ensuring wide compatibility with piston coffee machines. Note: the portafilter is not included in the set.

No more spilling coffee

During grinding, coffee particles can settle on the walls of the grinder or spill onto the countertop. The HiBREW G7 uses electrostatic charge elimination technology to ensure that the ground coffee ends up exactly where it should – in the portafilter or container. In addition, the 20° angled chute makes it easy to pour ground beans precisely, eliminating mess. The machine also features a Blowing Hopper function that removes coffee residue after grinding, making cleaning easier and ensuring maximum freshness for the next batch.

Quiet and energy-efficient operation

The device uses a high-torque DC motor that ensures stable and consistent grinding. Compared to standard motors, this model features quieter operation (5–15% noise reduction) and a 20–30% longer service life. In addition, the use of speed control technology allows you to adjust the grinding intensity, which translates into greater precision and better coffee quality.

After grinding, coffee residue may remain in the grinder, which affects the taste of subsequent batches. The HiBREW G7 is equipped with a Blowing Hopper system that allows for quick and effective removal of residue from the grinding chamber.
