Gigabyte A620M Gaming X: Micro-ATX motherboard with AMD AM5
The Gigabyte A620M Gaming X is equipped with the A620 chipset for AMD’s Ryzen 7000 series processors and comes with numerous features for gamers. As the Ryzen 7000 processors require a new socket due to support for PCIe 5.0 and enhanced power supply, the AM5 socket (LGA 1718) is used on the 600 series motherboards.
Despite the increased pin count, the actual size of the socket remains identical to older sockets, allowing most CPU coolers for AM4 sockets to be mounted on the motherboard.
Compatible only with AMD Ryzen 7000 series CPUs!
