The Neptune 4 comes pre-installed with Klipper firmware, paired with an ARM 64-bit 1.5GHz quad-core processor for faster command processing. This allows the printer to reach speeds of up to 500mm/s, making it one of the fastest in its class. Additionally, the 8GB ROM provides ample storage for quick data access, enhancing overall printing efficiency. Potent Extrusion & Upgraded Hotend

The Neptune 4 is equipped with a dual-gear direct extruder, featuring a 5.2:1 reduction ratio for smooth and consistent filament extrusion. This setup ensures reliable material discharge while reducing the weight of the extruder to 75% of the Neptune 3 Pro’s weight. The copper-titanium bi-metal throat pipe enhances heat dissipation, preventing nozzle clogs. With a nozzle capable of reaching up to 300°C, the Neptune 4 is compatible with high-temperature filaments like nylon, ABS, and ASA (3D printer enclosure recommended for ABS/ASA use).

Unparalleled Heat Dissipation Performance

The Neptune 4 is designed with advanced cooling in mind. It features two thickened 4015 ball-bearing cooling fans on the sides of the print head, along with four 4020 ball-bearing auxiliary fans at the back. This multi-directional cooling system ensures that newly printed layers cool quickly, allowing for better results with overhangs and bridges—even during high-speed printing.

Stable & Quiet Printing

The Neptune 4 ensures stable, precise, and quiet printing with its silent drivers for all axes, reducing noise to below 50 dB.
