    Service protection with DJI Care Refresh (two-year plan) – electronic code

    DJI Care Refresh is a service package that allows you to replace a damaged product with a new one for a fee. It covers damage caused even by the user. The service can be activated at any time. Thirty days after activating the device, you will need to send a verification video to DJI. The total service period, including extensions, is three years, which means up to six replacements! More information can be found below.

    For the DJI RS 5, the replacement cost under DJI Care Refresh is PLN 199. DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) provides two replacements. DJI Care Refresh (2-year package) provides four replacements.*

    *If you report an accident directly to the manufacturer, the replacement amount may change depending on the current exchange rate.

    Warranty extension option

    DJI Care Refresh also provides additional benefits. If you have a DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI RS 3 Mini, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, Osmo Mobile 6, Osmo Mobile SE, Osmo Action 3, DJI Avata, DJI RS 3, DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Cine, or DJI Action 2, and you do not use the replacement option even once during the service period, your warranty will be extended for an additional year as a reward.

    How to activate DJI Care Refresh?

    1. Go to the websitehttps://support.dji.com/care/active.

    2. During the activation process, enter your Care Refresh code, device serial number (located directly on the product), and your details (name and email address).

    3. The service will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of your DJI Care Refresh activation by email.

    Accident – what next?

    The procedure in the event of an accident is very simple. All you have to do is report the failure and send the damaged equipment to the DJI warranty service center – remember to add a note that you have purchased DJI Care Refresh protection. When you receive a repair estimate, consider whether you want to proceed with the repair or take advantage of the replacement service. If you choose the latter, pay the appropriate amount and you will receive a replacement with priority. What's more, if you are in the same region where the service package was purchased, the manufacturer will cover the shipping costs!

     

    1. Report the defect and send the drone to the German DJI service center with a note that you have DJI Care Refresh.

    2. When you receive the repair estimate, decide whether you want to proceed with the repair or prefer a replacement under DJI Care Refresh.

    3. Once you have selected DJI Care Refresh, pay for the replacement – you will then receive another unit or new replacement parts, such as a gimbal, camera, or propellers.

    4. The replacement product will be delivered to you as a priority and with free shipping.

    What is not covered by DJI Care Refresh?

    1) Lost or partially lost equipment.

    2) Stolen or abandoned products.

    3) Additional accessories.

    4) Intentional loss of the product.

    5) Damage to the casing that does not affect the operation of the product.

    6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.

    7) Malfunctions occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.

    8) Additional fees related to model upgrades or performance improvements.

    9) Malfunctions resulting from modifications that are not in accordance with the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.

    10) Malfunctions resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.

    Option to extend coverage*

    You can extend your DJI Care Refresh service coverage for up to 3 years. If you wish to do so, purchase an additional annual plan.

     

    • For the DJI Care Refresh annual plan, you can extend your coverage twice by purchasing two consecutive annual plans: annual plan + annual plan + annual plan.

    • For the DJI Care Refresh 2-year plan, you can extend your coverage only once by purchasing one additional annual plan: 2-year plan + annual plan.

    Note: It is not possible to extend coverage by purchasing another 2-year plan.

    To extend coverage, the following conditions must be met:

    • Purchase of DJI Care Refresh in one of the following variants: DJI Care Refresh annual plan / DJI Care Refresh 2-year plan / DJI Care Refresh annual plan and DJI Care Refresh + / DJI Care Refresh annual plan and additional annual plan (renewal).

     

    • The validity period of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not yet expired or has expired within 15 days.
