This thermal pad from DeepCool is easy and clean to install and has high thermal conductivity. These properties make it the ultimate thermal interface material for overclockers, silent fans, and PC enthusiasts. The pad measures 100 x 50 mm and has a thickness of 1.5 mm. The thermal pad can be used for most CPUs or chips, as it can be easily cut with scissors or a cutter. The thermal pad can be applied to all materials available on the cooling market, such as aluminium or copper.
