ASUS ROG Strix XG27AQ: Large Gaming Monitor with Variable Refresh Rate
The 27-inch (68.6 cm) display of the ASUS ROG Strix XG27AQ has a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels. The monitor offers a maximum refresh rate of 170 Hz and a fast response time of just 1 ms, ensuring a high-resolution and sharp image even during fast pans and rapid action. Thanks to Adaptive Sync and NVIDIA G-Sync compatibility, the refresh rate of the gaming monitor is adaptively adjusted to the FPS of a compatible AMD Radeon or NVIDIA graphics card.
Colour Representation, Brightness, and High Dynamic Range
The IPS panel offers excellent viewing angles of 178 degrees horizontally and vertically, displaying undistorted colours from any perspective. The ASUS ROG Strix XG27AQ achieves a brightness of 400 cd/m² and is DisplayHDR 400 and HDR10 certified. Furthermore, the gaming monitor displays 16.7 million (8 bit) colours and covers 95 percent of the DCI-P3 and 130 percent of the sRGB colour space. The static contrast is 1,000:1.
To connect devices such as gaming PCs, gaming consoles, and other entertainment electronics to the ASUS ROG Strix XG27AQ, the gaming monitor offers a DisplayPort 1.2, an HDMI 2.0 port, two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, and audio connections. Two 2-watt speakers provide decent sound.
