The ROG STRIX B650E-I GAMING WIFI is equipped with the B650E chipset for AMD’s Ryzen 7000 processors and comes with numerous features for overclockers and gamers. Since the Ryzen 7000 processors require a new socket due to PCIe 5.0 support and enhanced power delivery, the 600 series motherboards use the AM5 socket (LGA 1718).

Despite the higher pin count of AM5, the actual size of the socket remains identical to the older generation, allowing most CPU coolers for AM4 socket to be mounted on the motherboard.

The ASUS Prime B650E WiFi is geared towards high-end gaming, enabling you to enjoy demanding games smoothly. The high-quality voltage regulators provide stable power to the CPU, ensuring its high clock rates can be maintained over extended periods. Additional features include DIGI+ VRM for adjusting VRM voltage and frequency modulation, as well as BIOS Flashback and Clear CMOS, allowing you to use the PC again if something goes wrong. And as usual, DDR5 RAM can also be pushed to higher clock rates. Compatible only with AMD Ryzen 7000 series CPUs!
