The ASROCK X870 PRO RS is equipped with the mid-tier X870 chipset for AMD’s Ryzen 9000 series processors and comes with numerous features for gamers. The Ryzen 9000 series processors also utilise the tried and tested AM5 socket (LGA 1718).
Additionally, the AMD X870 motherboard offers USB 4.0, which is now available as standard and achieves data transfer rates of up to 40 Gbit/s. Furthermore, the ASROCK X870 PRO RS supports PCIe 5.0, providing you with double the bandwidth for graphics cards and NVMe SSDs compared to PCIe 4.0.
