The word combination „aqua computer” and „reservoir” almost always associates with an Aquatube. This is one of the most popular reservoirs ever, adorning countless water cooling systems with its tubular shape and various material versions. The German water cooling specialist aqua computer also offers other fluid reservoirs, such as the Aquabox.

This reservoir has now been fundamentally redesigned and is suited for a 5.25-inch slot. As usual, the build quality and functionality are flawless, which simultaneously results in an excellent overall visual impression. The Aquabox is intended for installation in a 5.25-inch slot, with the front preferably being directly visible.

This allows the water level to be monitored at any time and the elegant design to be admired. In this version, the black Delrin base body has a transparent acrylic front, over which a curved stainless steel cover is mounted. This makes the reservoir an elegant eye-catcher.

Even more impressive, however, is the functionality. A total of five threads are available, with two on the top and three on the back. The multitude of possible connections opens up maximum expansion options, including filling systems and lighting mods. The delivery includes three sealing plugs to close the unused openings.

The liquid is flushed over the inside of the front panel at the inlet, effectively preventing the panel from fogging up. At the same time, the water volume is adjustable via set screws. The Aquabox can either be screwed into the 5.25-inch bay or, if necessary, held magnetically with an optionally available kit, allowing the reservoir to be quickly removed from the slot at any time.
