Alpenföhn Brocken 4 Max ARGB: Whisper-quiet cooling with vibrant RGB lighting

With the Brocken 4 Max ARGB, Alpenföhn presents the RGB version of its popular Brocken series. The CPU cooler features a large heatsink with aluminium fins. With the six 6 mm copper heatpipes and the 120 mm JetStream ARGB fan, you’re getting an outstanding cooling performance for your CPU.

Elegant cooling tower with optimised fins

The Brocken 4 Max ARGB dual cooling towers have aerodynamically optimised fins for a quiet operation. With its black coating, the elegantly designed cooler also fits perfectly into your PC aesthetic.

Furthermore, the Brocken 4 Max ARGB features an asymmetric tower design. This allows the six heatpipes to rise in such a way that the radiator is slightly offset to the rear. As a result, most RAM sticks fit effortlessly into your gaming PC. 

Fan and performance data

The 120 mm JetStream ARGB fans impress with improvements over their predecessors. An airflow-optimised impeller, advanced frame, and hydrodynamic bearing provide you with extremely quiet operation while maintaining high cooling performance.

The two fans can be connected directly to the motherboard via a PWM connection. A 3-pin ARGB connection provides RGB lighting and is found on most motherboards.

The front fan speed varies with the CPU temperature, ranging from 400 to 1,900 RPM and the middle fan from 400 to 2,000 RPM. Additionally, the fans feature anti-vibration pads at the corners, which reduce vibrations and minimise noise.

The durable hydrodynamic bearing achieves a pleasant 29.6 dB(A) noise level at full speed. Moreover, the fans generate a maximum airflow of 93.9 m³/h and 124.1 m³/h respectively, and 1.25 mm-H2O and 1.83 mm-H2O static pressure. With the JetStream fans, excellent cooling for your CPU is guaranteed!

Construction and extras

The copper heatpipes are integrated into the large baseplate, which enhances heat transfer. Additionally, the baseplate is made of nickel-plated copper which protects it from oxidation. Not to be overlooked is the RockMount-3 mounting system, which provides you with an optimised and easier installation of the cooler.

The package includes additional fan clips and corresponding decoupling elements. With these clips, you have the option to attach a third 120 mm fan to the rear of your Alpenföhn Brocken 4 Max ARGB. This allows you to further enhance the cooling of your CPU, thus achieving even better performance.
