Sunlu PLA Classic Orange filament is a material designed for modern 3D printing—fast, precise, and repeatable. It supports print speeds of up to 600 mm/s while maintaining high print quality and durability, making it an excellent choice for both prototyping and more demanding projects. The optimal operating range (60–150 mm/s) provides the best balance between detail and performance, while the wide nozzle temperature range (190–230°C) ensures compatibility with many FDM printers.

Strength that makes a difference

Sunlu’s PLA Classic is an improved version of classic PLA material, offering enhanced mechanical strength of 18 kJ/m². This makes prints more resistant to damage and everyday use. The matte surface finish gives models an aesthetic, professional look that works well for both functional and visual projects. The material density of 1.24 g/cm³ translates to the solidity and stability of the finished parts.

Trouble-free printing and easy processing

The filament was designed with maximum user convenience in mind. Stable material feed, a diameter of 1.75 mm with a tolerance of ±0.02 mm, and careful winding minimize the risk of clogs and downtime. Prints feature easy removal of support structures, which significantly simplifies the post-processing and reduces the time spent working on the model.
