Mobile Origin 540° Swivel Adapter 240W USB-C, CB13

The CB13 swivel adapter solves situations where a straight connector unnecessarily protrudes from a device or creates strain on the cable directly at the port. Thanks to 540° rotation, the cable direction can be adjusted according to the space around your phone, tablet, or laptop. The adapter simultaneously supports charging up to 240W, data transfer up to 480Mbps, and has an LED indicator for active power.

Dual joint for precise 540° cable guidance

The rotating mechanism combines a 360° and 180° range, giving a total of 540°. This makes it different from a fixed or simply right-angle adapter, because you do not adjust the cable direction to the adapter – the adapter adjusts to the device. It is useful when your laptop is on a stand, your tablet is in a holder, or your phone is connected while in use and the connector must not press into your hand.

The adjustable angle also reduces strain directly on the device port and the cable connector. This makes it suitable even for more powerful laptops, monitors, or docking solutions where a standard adapter could become an unnecessary limitation. To achieve full power, however, you need a compatible charger, cable, and device. With a phone that has lower power consumption, the output will naturally adjust.

USB-C connection without unnecessary space constraints

On one side there is a USB-C male connector, on the other a USB-C female port, so you simply insert the adapter between the device and the existing cable. The advantage is its low profile and the possibility of rotation even after connection, which helps with phones in cases, laptops with side ports, and in situations where the device is close to a wall or armrest.

480 Mbps data transfer for standard synchronization

In addition to charging, the CB13 also handles data transfer at up to 480 Mbps (USB 2.0). This is sufficient for syncing your phone, importing photos, transferring documents, or performing routine backups without having to unplug the adapter while working.

This USB-C adapter is designed for charging and data transfer. It does not support DisplayPort Alt Mode technology, so it cannot transmit a video signal. It is not intended for connecting to a monitor, TV, or a docking station with video output. If you need to transmit video, choose a cable that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode, USB4, or Thunderbolt.

LED indicator and compact body

The integrated LED indicator confirms that power is flowing through the adapter. In practice, this is useful where you can’t see the cable directly, such as in a car, under a desk, or at night next to the bed. It’s a visual check that the connection is active.

Compact

The aluminum alloy body complemented by a PVC part maintains a low weight of 3 g and dimensions of 32 x 8 x 7 mm. The adapter can therefore be left attached even in a bag or carried permanently in a cable pouch without being cumbersome. For accessories that need to be always at hand, small dimensions and low weight are more important than an unnecessarily robust construction.
