    KEXCELLED THE K12™ PEI 9085 is a high-performance PEI filament (Polyetherimide) developed for advanced industrial 3D printing where high heat resistance, strength and chemical resistance are required. The material is ideal for technical components, functional prototypes and applications exposed to high temperatures and mechanical stress.

    THE K12™ PEI 9085 is developed for applications where standard filaments are not sufficient. The material combines high strength with excellent heat resistance and is well suited for components exposed to mechanical stress, high temperatures and chemical exposure. The filament is commonly used for functional prototypes, tools, jigs and technical components in industrial environments.

    High strength and low weight

    The filament offers high rigidity and durability while maintaining a relatively low weight. This makes PEI 9085 a popular choice in industries such as aerospace, automotive and electronics where strong and lightweight components are essential. The material also features natural flame-retardant properties.

    Requires high-temperature 3D printers

    KEXCELLED THE K12™ PEI 9085 is designed for advanced 3D printers capable of handling very high temperatures. For best results, a nozzle temperature of 340–370°C and a heated build plate of 140–220°C are recommended. Active cooling fans should normally be turned off during printing. For optimal adhesion, a high-temperature adhesive or build surface is recommended.
