    Kexcelled THE K11™ PEEK is an unreinforced, industrial high-temperature filament developed for 3D printing where mechanical strength, heat resistance, and chemical resistance are critical. The material is engineered for technical components that need to maintain their shape, precision, and performance in demanding environments.

    Printing Guide and Technical Requirements

    Since the material requires very high process temperatures, it only works in professional 3D printers built for high-temperature materials. A controlled printing environment with a heated build chamber is required for proper layer adhesion and to prevent warping during printing.

    • Nozzle Temperature: 400–450 °C
    • Bed Temperature: 110–220 °C
    • Chamber Temperature: 40–60 °C or 90–200 °C
    • Print Speed: 30–60 mm/s
    • Cooling Fan: 0–100% (adjusted based on application and geometry)
