The HYPERSHELL X Max S is an advanced exoskeleton designed to assist with movement, created for people who expect even greater performance during trekking, long walks, and outdoor activities. Equipped with two motors delivering a combined power of up to 1,000 W and a maximum torque of 22 N·m, it effectively assists leg movement, compensating for a load of up to 39 kg. The intelligent HyperIntuition system analyzes the user’s movement in real time, ensuring smooth and natural assistance without noticeable delays. The 72 Wh battery allows for a range of up to 30 km in Eco30 mode, and the maximum assisted speed is as high as 25 km/h. The lightweight design weighs only 1.7 kg net, while the total weight of the device when ready for use is 2.6 kg. When folded, the exoskeleton takes up just 6.5 L of space, so it easily fits in luggage or a larger hiking backpack.

Intelligent, User-Adaptive Assistance

The exoskeleton is powered by the proprietary HyperIntuition system, which analyzes the user’s movement patterns and anticipates their next steps. As a result, assistance is provided exactly when needed, allowing the user to maintain a natural walking or running rhythm. The system requires no complicated setup and automatically adjusts its operation to the user’s current activity. This results in greater comfort while moving, reduced muscle fatigue, and more efficient energy use during long trips.

The Max S model is equipped with two powerful motors that generate a combined output of up to 1,000 W and 22 N·m of torque. These improved specifications compared to the base model mean the device supports the user even more effectively during steep ascents, brisk walking, and navigating challenging terrain. The exoskeleton can compensate for a load of up to 39 kg, which significantly reduces the effort required to carry a heavy backpack or specialized equipment. Active assistance operates at speeds of up to 25 km/h, making the device ideal for dynamic movement as well.

10 Adaptive Assistance Modes

The HYPERSHELL X Max S offers ten intelligent operating modes that automatically adjust its performance to terrain conditions and the user’s activity. Among other things, the system recognizes climbing stairs, ascending and descending hills, walking, brisk walking, running, and movement on mountain trails and gravel paths. A cyclic motion mode is also available to support repetitive leg movements. Thanks to automatic motion analysis, the user can focus on the route without having to constantly adjust settings.

Comfort During Hours of Use

Despite its increased power, the HYPERSHELL X Max S remains a lightweight and comfortable device. The construction utilizes stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and durable carbon-fiber-reinforced PA612 plastic. This combination of materials ensures high mechanical strength while maintaining a low weight. With a net weight of 1.7 kg, the device does not restrict freedom of movement, and its total weight of 2.6 kg ensures comfort even during hours of use in the field.

Longer range on a single charge

The 72 Wh battery provides a range of up to 30 km in Eco30 mode, allowing you to cover longer distances without having to recharge frequently. Increased energy efficiency translates to greater independence during trekking, off-road expeditions, and all-day activities. The set includes a 65 W power adapter and a USB-C cable for charging the device.

Rugged and Durable

The exoskeleton is designed for use in a variety of environmental conditions. The IP54 rating provides protection against dust and splashes, allowing the device to be used in changing weather conditions. The design maintains full functionality at temperatures ranging from -10°C to 60°C, allowing for year-round use. Compact design for easy transport

Advanced technology is housed in a design that folds conveniently for transport. When folded, the device measures 450 × 260 × 125 mm and takes up only 6.5 liters of space. This means it fits easily in a car trunk, a carrying bag, or a larger trekking backpack. When unfolded, it measures 450 × 600 × 125 mm, ensuring full functionality and a proper fit during use.
