The Godox AK-R1 Magnetic Accessory Kit is a set of light modifiers designed for flash units with round heads. The magnetic mounting system allows for quick accessory changes, and compatibility with Godox AD100Pro, H200R, V1, and R1 RGB strobes, as well as with news flash units equipped with the S-R1 adapter, means the kit offers extensive light-shaping capabilities during studio sessions, photojournalism assignments, and on-location work.

All components are attached using magnets, so mounting and dismounting them takes just a few moments. A set of modifiers for various lighting effects

The dome diffuser evenly scatters light at an angle exceeding 180 degrees, making it softer and more natural, without distinct edges. The barn doors allow you to control the direction of light spread, making it easier to illuminate specific parts of the scene. The honeycomb grid narrows the light beam and creates a spotlight with smooth tonal transitions, providing greater precision during use.

Greater control over light and its color

The reflector included in the set has two sides for different applications. The white surface reflects light and gently illuminates the subject, brightening shadows when shooting with a ceiling bounce. The black side restricts light spread in a specific direction, allowing for better control over the scene’s lighting. The adapter with included gel filters allows you to use filters that correct the color temperature of the light, making it easier to match the flash’s light to the ambient lighting. The kit includes six filters designed for color temperature correction, while additional Godox V11C and V11T filter sets are available separately.
