The FNIRSI FNB48P is an advanced USB port tester designed for precise charging process analysis. It supports multiple interfaces and fast charging protocols, operates at high currents, and allows for accurate monitoring of voltage, current, and power. It offers intelligent cable diagnostics, data recording and analysis, clear graphs, and automatic screen orientation. Unlimited versatility
The FNB48P supports multiple interfaces, including USB-A, USB-C, and Micro USB, making it suitable for both newer and older configurations. The tester operates with a high current of up to 6.5 A and works with a wide range of input and output ports, such as USB-A in/out, USB-C in/out, Micro USB in, and a dedicated PD COM connector. This allows you to analyze virtually any charging scenario.
Full fast charging support
The FNIRSI FNB48P recognizes and verifies the most popular fast charging protocols, including Apple 2.4A, QC2.0, QC3.0, USB Power Delivery, Samsung AFC, Huawei FCP and SCP, OPPO VOOC, DASH, WARP, SuperVOOC, as well as PE+ 1.1 and PE+ 2.0. The device detects the supported standard and also checks its compatibility and correct operation, making it easier to assess the capabilities of the charging kit.
Intelligent cable analysis
The tester enables the detection of PD e-marker cables with the reading of data from the CC line and information stored in the e-marker chip. The identification of DASH cables with the reading of data from their circuits is also supported. In addition, the internal cable resistance measurement function, performed in a fast, two-step mode with a constant current load, allows for precise assessment of cable quality and its impact on energy losses.
Laboratory-grade precision
With a maximum resolution of 0.00001, the tester allows you to monitor even the slightest changes in voltage, current, and power in real time. The six-digit, high-precision readout, combined with a 240 MHz operating frequency and a powerful ARM MF processor, allows the device to handle multitasking data processing with ease.
Clear display and advanced visualization
The large 1.77-inch HD display provides instant insight into all key parameters. The tester offers four graph modes, including voltage and current relationship, DD voltage, offline recording, and power ripple using AC coupling. This solution allows you to tailor the analysis to your current needs.

The FNIRSI FNB48P allows you to record up to ten groups of measurement data. Built-in battery capacity calculation algorithms allow you to quickly and conveniently determine the actual charging efficiency and effective capacity of the device under test, without the need for external tools.
Automatic orientation and robust design
The built-in gravity sensor supports automatic 180° rotation of the interface, and in simple mode also 360° rotation, so that the data reading remains legible regardless of the measurement position. The whole unit is enclosed in a uniform, CNC-milled metal housing, which not only looks professional, but also effectively protects the electronics and emphasizes the robust, "heavily armed" nature of the device.

The tester is equipped with a PC interface, a set of function buttons, and a return key, which facilitates operation directly from the device.
