The Creality Falcon A1C 10W with AI Camera is a compact, fully enclosed laser engraver designed for everyday engraving, light cutting and creative desktop projects. This purple-grey version includes a built-in HD camera for camera-assisted positioning, material recognition and intelligent layout functions. True autofocus and a smart lifting platform simplify setup across a 150 × 150 mm engraving area, with a maximum processing height of 148 mm. 10W Diode Module for Engraving and Cutting

This configuration includes the 10W blue diode laser module, which Creality recommends for users who plan to do more cutting. The 10W module provides stronger cutting performance and is recommended for wood cutting and general DIY projects, while also supporting detailed engraving.

The diode laser can be used for engraving compatible materials including wood, bamboo, paper, cork, cardboard, rock, leather, glass and fabric. The laser module can be changed without tools.

AI Camera-Assisted Positioning

The built-in HD camera supports camera-assisted positioning and material recognition. The work area is displayed in Falcon Design Space, allowing designs to be positioned directly over the visible material before engraving.

AI Smart Fill & Layout automatically detects identical materials and applies an optimized arrangement for batch engraving. This can make batch engraving up to 60% faster.

AI-Assisted Design Tools

Falcon Design Space includes several tools for preparing images and engraving projects. AI Contour Extraction detects colors and separates image elements into vector layers, while AI Background Removal identifies object edges and creates transparent images. AI Filter Lab can convert images into different styles, and the mobile app supports AI One-Tap Engraving. A photograph can be uploaded or taken with a phone and converted into an engraving-ready style such as line art or illustration. The software optimizes the image and matches the appropriate material settings.

Additional functions include a material test array for testing multiple speed and power combinations, cloud-based file storage and Intelligent Split & Fill for dividing oversized designs into connected sections and arranging them efficiently.

The AI Support Assistant provides a suggested solution when the machine detects an alert. The Craftseek project library also offers thousands of free project designs that can be downloaded and used as a starting point for new projects.

True Autofocus and Smart Lifting Platform

True autofocus removes the need to set the focal distance manually. After the material has been positioned, the machine automatically adjusts the platform to the required processing height.

Falcon A1C provides a 150 × 150 mm engraving area and supports a maximum processing height of 148 mm. Suitable applications include keychains, coasters, jewellery, nameplates, small gifts and other compact desktop DIY projects.

Stable Engraving and Stronger Cutting Performance

Falcon A1C reaches a maximum working speed of up to 15,000 mm/min. Its rigid structural design is intended to reduce vibration during operation, while precise and smooth movement supports cleaner and more consistent engraved lines.

The 10W diode module combines detailed engraving with stronger cutting capability, making this configuration suitable for users who expect to perform more cutting than with the 5W version.

Fully Enclosed Class 1 Design

Falcon A1C has a fully enclosed Class 1 design that blocks harmful laser exposure while keeping the working area visible. Protective glasses are not required during normal use in the fully enclosed configuration.

Integrated safety functions include smart flame detection, tilt protection and a USB safety lock.

Beginner-Friendly Software and Multi-Device Control

Falcon A1C is designed with a beginner-friendly workflow that combines visual positioning, AI-assisted tools and easy-to-use software. Falcon Design Space is available free of charge and provides an intuitive interface with real-time preview.

The machine can be operated through Falcon Design Space on a Windows 10 or later computer, a macOS 11 or later computer or through the mobile app. It supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB connectivity and is also compatible with LightBurn.

Portable Design, Optional Accessories and Maintenance

Falcon A1C is lightweight and designed to be easy to move between locations such as a living room, garage or studio.

Optional rotary kits support cylindrical, curved and round objects such as tumblers, mugs, rings, bracelets and spherical ornaments. Other optional accessories include an air purifier for filtering smoke and odours, an exhaust fan for removing fumes and a flexible fixture for irregularly shaped objects.

The quick-release fan design is intended to make daily cleaning and maintenance easier.
