The foundation of the Ultra-Slim series is aramid fiber, a material commonly used in aerospace and protective industries. In PITAKA cases, this material gains a new designer form. About the artist
This exceptional pattern was created in collaboration with distinguished British artist Gordon Hunt.Hunt focuses on capturing light and colors, presenting in his work “not trees, but the light and colors that surround them.”Together with PITAKA, he used fiber tension adjustment technology — known as Fusion Weave – LightRipple — to translate his artistic vision into high-performance aramid fiber, creating a shifting golden glow effect.
